|"Adapt or die". INFORMATION DESIRED presents a series of lectures at Polish universities|
|INFORMATION DESIRED on the British market|
INFORMATION DESIRED invests in business owners’ websites. This means that we take the entire risk upon ourselves, bear the cost of creating a www page for the business owner and finance its management for up to 12 months. And since we bear the risk, we have to believe that the project will be successful, meaning that it will bring the business owner throngs of new, valuable customers and additional profit.
There are more and more of us at INFORMATION DESIRED so to avoid training every new co-worker separately at every location we got the idea to create an online training website. It will have a loooot of videos and we had a loooot of fun recording them. Take a look yourself.
We would like to be as many of us as possible so that the INFORMATION DESIRED network covers not only Poland but the entire world. For each of our new partners or collaborators in different corners of the world to know what to do and how to work in the IDMS system we have to explain it to them first.
But meeting personally with everyone, wherever they are, would be difficult, which is why we are preparing an online training website. It will have a lot of training materials and quite a few concise articles explaining what work for our Clients involves at every stage of the process.
There will also be videos in which we will explain many issues that new co-workers ask us about, as well as instructional videos that will quickly teach how to process images correctly and how to use IDMS – our original system for website creation and content management. To put it simply, we are preparing training materials in the form of videos.
We have just finished the first part of our recordings which we filmed at an improvised studio in our central headquarters.
By all means, we have prepared a small photo gallery: We are filming a loooot of new videos for our new co-workers
Are you wondering why it’s so green on our set? This green background is the so-called green screen. Because the recording is done on a green background (green contrasts strongly with other colors) it can be easily cut out and replaced with any other background during editing. This is how weather forecasts, for example, are often filmed for television – the weatherman (or woman) stands in front of the green screen, but the TV engineers replace it with the weather map.
We won’t be pasting in a map. A typical training video will probably have a more neutral background, so that viewers are not distracted and are able to give their full attention to the content. As everyone knows, with us information is always the most important. But maybe someday we’ll edit in a nude beach in Malibu for our CEO while he’s talking about finances ;)
Speaking of attention spans. We don't know if it was the green color or the post-holiday atmosphere but it wasn’t that easy to pay attention during our shoots. Take a look yourself:

Finally, on a serious note: all training materials and documentation required for working with INFORMATION DESIRED will be available on the training website for logged in users only.
