The money we invest brings the business owner profit that is 10, 50 or even 100 times higher than the costs. And we cover the costs. The business owner doesn't have to pay anything if he doesn’t think it’s worth it. He only takes the profit.

Two weeks have passed since we announced our contest, with $10,000 up for grabs. And nothing. Our telephones are quiet, our e-mail inbox isn't overflowing, and all’s quiet on Facebook, where we announced this contest. This really puts us in a good mood, and not just because those $10,000 are still snug in our pocket.
Where do these clients come from? After all, they don’t grow on trees. We don’t dig them up from under the earth. If we say that our activities bring throngs of new clients to an Investee that means that we pull these clients from out of the market. Because they are already present on this market. The question is, who will “rake them in” from the pool – you or your competition? INFORMATION DESIRED will give you the biggest piece of the pie.

All of this is so that it is even easier to understand what INFORMATION DESIRED does. Without reading long essays but rather at a first glance.
We’ve just come back from London We went there to meet a potential Investee and it was a very fruitful trip. Despite the fact that we had not been planning expansion onto countries other than Poland and the USA, we couldn’t refuse ourselves this project. You should definitely meet 3THERMO in which we have decided to invest and collaborate with.
Here’s the story: one day, we got a phone call from London. That was Paweł – one of the partners at 3THERMO. It turned out that he had heard of INFORMATION DESIRED from someone, read about us on the Internet, learned how we work, and thought, “that’s something for me”.
Before we met in person, we talked over the phone several times. Because at first glance, 3THERMO isn’t a company that we could help, even though it does very interesting things.
3THERMO is a company that grew out of Poland, operates in Gniezno, but which also has had one foot in London for some time now. Above all, it is concerned with the production and sale of concealed radiators created using innovative technology. This is a completely new way of heating houses and apartments. The technology makes it possible to reduce heating costs by up to 40-60%. Besides that, the radiators are failure-free and don’t pose a risk of water leaks, because even if they are mechanically damaged, no water will escape from them – there is simply no water in the radiator, just a system of heat sinks. In addition, the system prevents circulation of dust and allergens in the air, ensures optimal humidity in the room and dries walls, preventing dampness and mold.
All this sounded very interesting from the start. But it’s not for us. INFORMATION DESIRED doesn’t invest in companies that manufacture something that isn't tailor-made, that sell standardized goods.
But over the course of those several telephone calls, when we had learned a bit more about this business, it turned out that what 3THERMO is doing should really be the sale of services, not products. Such a heating system must be designed appropriately for every room, its cubature, number and size of windows. The sources of heat loss in the house or apartment must be identified and analyzed, and only on this basis can a heating system design be proposed. After that, this system still needs to be installed. And then maintained.
But that isn’t easy if the product is innovative and still little-known on the market. Fitters are skeptical about technological novelties. But what if 3THERMO had its own fitters? What if they offered a comprehensive service instead of just selling the product itself?
3THERMO is ready to render all of these additional services on the British market, even today. Bah! It often does it already – measurements, design, installation, maintenance... Even designing of houses and design! But it still thinks of itself as a manufacturer, not as a service provider.
Fortunately, the owners of the London division are very open people. Our analysis of their business and consulting about how to add additional services, take a fresh look at the business and themselves convinced them. They were flexible and ready to make changes.
So we thought it would be worth meeting them. We traveled to London, where 3THERMO operates, trying to conquer that market.
It turned out that we understood one another perfectly. Paweł – a partner in the London division – understood perfectly well what INFORMATION DESIRED’s philosophy of action was, that the idea was for us to invest in his project, and had placed great hopes in our collaboration. And rightly so!
We too became convinced that 3THERMO is actually a service provider, and one with great potential despite the fact that it also deals with manufacturing. It has unique technology, patents, people with great skills and experience.
We’re sure this will be an excellent project for both parties!
