We are Polish but we registered our company in the United States, in Silicon Valley. People often ask us - why? If a company is doing something extraordinary on a global scale, something whose reach might cover a large part of the Earth and there's no competition at the moment, then really, there is no other way than to set up in Silicon Valley – is what Tom Kuzak, creator of INFORMATION DESIRED, believes. But there's still something else.
You often wonder at us. Like at how INFORMATION DESIRED doesn't take money “in advance”, and really, you don’t have to pay us at all. Or at how we do things, but we don’t sell anything and you can’t order anything from us. And that... The list goes on. Tom Kuzak, the creator of INFORMATION DESIRED decided to collect all of these things that you can’t wrap your head around and talk about them.
The first year of your website’s existence is very hard work. INFORMATION DESIRED takes full responsibility for it. We also invest funds in getting the project off the ground. What’s next? After that, the success that was achieved together with the client must only be maintained. You can do it yourself, without INFORMATION DESIRED’s involvement, or you can ask us for help. That depends only on you.
This question always comes up. And that's good. But we at INFORMATION DESIRED have a certain problem with it. Because it's actually two questions in one: “how much does it cost” and “how much do I have to risk”. Many companies have the same answer to both of these questions. But not us. Everything is different with us.

– In practice, the case may be that, besides your main activity, you can also offer customers services that come before or after your primary service. Let's say you build houses. Maybe it would be worth suggesting to customers that you will take care of the all the formalities required prior to house construction. Do you have any idea how many people are afraid of all that bureaucracy? They'd give vast amounts to anyone who could take care of it for them. And nothing could be easier for your employees, who know the process by heart. That can be your competitive advantage – Tom Kuzak explains.
Or in the manufacturing industry. Let’s say you manufacture personalized clothing hangers. Everybody knows that it is not profitable to set up production for just one piece. So you set a minimum order quantity. But maybe it’s worth giving customers the opportunity to order just one sample piece, so that they can see if the quality suits them? Nobody wants to order a thousand pieces at the start, because it’s a shot in the dark.
Advice like this seems to be obvious, but many business owners find it difficult to come up with it themselves. Sometimes ingenious ideas are the simplest ones. Usually, however, somebody is needed to look at your business from the outside from a distance. We will do just that for you using our experience in working with businesses from various industries. Sometimes it's worth using something from one industry that is ideally suited for another but nobody got the idea to do it before.
But you must know that we do not render consulting services for everyone. You can’t come into INFORMATION DESIRED and say: give me consulting. INFORMATION DESIRED simply does not sell services of this type. But they are a part of the services that we render comprehensively: we will create a website for the business owner and as we manage it, we provide them with a stream of new customers and given them advice as we analyze their business. All of this is to work hand in hand with business owners to help them with their businesses on every front.
